“You can’t be affected by the mental chatter.” – Nick Saban, Head Football Coach, University of Alabama, following the 2018 College Football National Championship

When seeking to accomplish a goal, many times we become distracted by the mental chatter.  This chatter misdirects our attention, thereby, diverting our focus and energy.  How can we hit our target, if we are looking in another direction?

By entertaining mental chatter, we create a double-mind.  A double-mind, one that is half-focused and half-distracted, limits your potential.  Being double-minded, therefore, is counterproductive to accomplishing any goal.

Silence your mental chatter.  FOCUS!  As a matter of fact, focus intensely on your goal.
