I love using sports analogies to make my points. As stated in my previous posts (see Tua’s Gift and Keep Ready!), I was extremely inspired and impacted by the 2018 College Football National Championship between the University of Alabama Crimson Tide and the University of Georgia Bulldogs. It was an absolutely incredible game!

At the half the University of Georgia was beating the University of Georgia 13-0. Not only was Alabama loosing, but they were getting beat on both sides of the ball. Considering the score and the beatdown, it would have been easy for Alabama to just give up.

Champions, however, realize the game is not over until the clock says 00.

Sometimes when we are losing, it looks like defeat is inevitable, but it is not. The fact is we just have to figure out methodologically how to get back into the game—one step at a time, one play at a time, one victory at a time.
