NAACP Alabama State Conference

Thank you to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Alabama State Conference Legacy Committee for inviting me to be a guest speaker for their program “Her-Story…Our History…American History.”

It was such an honor to participate in this program where the NAACP Alabama State Conference recognized and honored women who have led and served the NAACP for decades:  Della Me Bryant, Dr. Elaine Harrington, Mrs. Elaine Simelton, Mrs. Marry Walker and Ms. Emma Lancaster.
