Despite the amount of money women invest in cars, the automotive industry lacks diversity when it comes to women and, particularly, women of color. In fact, there are only six black women new car dealers in the US! Listen to Ramona and Grené Baranco as they discuss why it is important for women of color to be represented in the dealer space.
